Consent and Sexuality at Stanford – Part I

You will hear personal stories from fellow students about sexuality and relationships, interspersed with a presentation on how human sexuality fits into our lives, community, and culture. Beyond Sex Ed is about cultivating empathy, empowerment, and the skills to connect with ourselves and one another, with a focus on developing our sexual citizenship. Take the time to tune into yourself and others during this compelling program. This program addresses sensitive topics. Professional staff will be available onsite for support if you want to talk or if you have questions. NSO nametags are required. Please wear a face covering.

Join faculty moderator Dr. Shashank Joshi for a discussion on the theme of Perspective, Empathy, and Hope with guests Anna Deavere Smith, Chanel Miller, and Jamil Zaki, authors featured in some of the texts and media selected for this year’s Three Books program.
