Guidelines for Shipping
In anticipation of living on campus, there may be some items you wish to ship directly to campus. Read below to learn about Stanford's mail and delivery services.
Undergraduate Mail & Package Delivery Center
Beginning September 1, all student mail and packages will be delivered to one central location: Stanford's new Undergraduate Mail & Package Delivery Center, located in Tresidder Memorial Union.
This is where students living in undergraduate housing, including large residences and Row houses, will receive all mail and packages (envelopes, express mail, certified mail and packages delivered via Amazon, FedEx, UPS and USPS).
The center will offer printing services. Another excellent option is Cardinal Print.
The new center will be operated by UG2, a vendor that currently provides a range of support services for the university. For questions, please contact us here.

Note to New Students
As a new student, please keep in mind that you may only receive packages after you have moved in. Any packages delivered before your move-in may be returned to sender. If you are planning to stay in a nearby hotel before checking in at Stanford, you may wish to inquire if you can have packages shipped there.
Stanford Post Office
The U.S. Post Office located in White Plaza on campus will continue to operate, but without mailboxes for students living in undergraduate housing. While you will not receive mail/packages from the Post Office, you can send mail and packages via the Post Office.
